POLICY

• All bookings must be made in advance through our online booking system. • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot. • Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.

• Cancellations or reschedule requests made 48 hours or more before the booking may be rescheduled once at no extra cost. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable. • No-shows will be charged in full. • In rare cases where the studio must cancel, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

• Please arrive on time. Your booking includes setup and pack-down time. • Early arrival may not be accommodated if another booking is in progress. • Overtime is charged accordingly and must be paid before leaving. • Your booking starts at the time booked, not the time of arrival. • If you leave early, unused time is non-refundable.

• The Studio is designed for the capacity of 1-3 people. • Additional guests must be approved in advance.

• Studio lighting, backdrops, furniture, and props are included unless stated otherwise. • Continuous lighting is included with all studio bookings. • Professional flash lighting is available as an optional add-on and should only be used by those familiar with studio strobes. • Clients are responsible for using all equipment and props safely and correctly. • When moving furniture, do not drag items — furniture must be lifted by two or more people. • All furniture, props, and equipment must be returned to their original position before the end of your booking. • Any damage caused to equipment, furniture, or props may be charged to the booking client.

• Please leave the studio as you found it. • Any excessive mess (including spills, food residue, or styling products) must be cleaned before leaving. • A cleaning or damage fee may apply if the studio is left in an unsuitable condition. • Permanent alterations to walls, floors, or furniture are not permitted.

• Food and drinks are allowed with care. • Any damage caused to studio furniture, flooring, or equipment will result in additional fees. • Confetti, glitter, fake snow, paint, powder, popping champagne, or liquid sprays are not permitted. • Any products that may stain surfaces are not allowed.

• Clean indoor footwear only. • No sharp heels or footwear that may damage floors or backdrops.

• The studio is a working creative space — please act responsibly at all times. • Do not climb on furniture, walls, or fixtures unless designed for that purpose. • Open flames, including candles, sparklers, or incense, are not permitted without prior approval. • Fog, haze, or smoke machines are not permitted in the studio. • Fire exits must remain clear at all times. • Use of the studio and equipment is at your own risk.

Loud Music not permitted, as the studio is not soundproof. Please be considerate of neighbouring businesses at all times.

• Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the studio and on the premises. • Pets are not permitted, with the exception of registered assistance animals.

• The studio may be used for personal, brand, or commercial content creation. • Full nudity is not permitted in the studio. • Any illegal, explicit, hateful, or unsafe content is strictly prohibited. • You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with platform guidelines and applicable laws.

• We love seeing your content — please tag us when posting. • By booking the studio, you agree that behind-the-scenes content may be captured for promotional purposes unless you notify us in advance. • Client content will never be shared without permission.

• The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items. • Please keep personal belongings with you at all times.

• The studio is not liable for injury, loss, or damage to persons or personal property during your booking. • All clients use the studio and equipment at their own risk.

• We reserve the right to refuse service or end a session without refund if studio rules are not followed or behaviour is unsafe or inappropriate. We’ve created this space to be fun, inspiring, and welcoming. These guidelines help us keep the studio beautiful and enjoyable for everyone — thank you for respecting the space.
