• The studio may only be used for lawful photography, videography, and content creation purposes. • Any illegal, explicit, hateful, or unsafe activity is strictly prohibited. • Full nudity is not permitted in the studio. • We reserve the right to end a booking without refund if these Terms or studio policies are breached.

• All bookings must be made in advance via our online booking system. • Bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received. • Booking times include setup, shooting, and pack-down. • Your booking starts at the time booked, not at arrival.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking. • Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include studio hire only unless stated otherwise. • Additional charges may apply for overtime, damages, or cleaning fees.

• Cancellations or reschedule requests made 48 hours or more before the booking may be rescheduled once at no extra charge. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable. • No-shows will be charged in full. • In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

• Overtime is subject to availability and charged at £50 per hour (or pro-rated). • Overtime must be paid before leaving the studio. • Please book sufficient time to avoid additional charges.

• The maximum number of people allowed in the studio per booking is 3. • Any additional guests must be approved in advance.

• Studio equipment, props, furniture, and lighting are used at your own risk. • Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the studio, furniture, props, or equipment. • Furniture must not be dragged and must be lifted by two or more people. • All items must be returned to their original positions before the end of the booking.

• Any damage or excessive mess may result in additional charges. • Prohibited items include (but are not limited to): confetti, glitter, fake snow, paint, liquids, fake tan, body oils, and sprays. • Cleaning or replacement fees will be charged where necessary.

• Use of the studio is at your own risk. • Open flames, candles, sparklers, fog, haze, or smoke machines are not permitted without prior written approval. • Fire exits must be kept clear at all times. • The studio is not responsible for injuries sustained during your booking.

• The studio is not soundproof. • Live bands, DJs, or performances are not permitted. • Please be considerate of neighbouring businesses at all times. • Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited on the premises. • Pets are not permitted, except registered assistance animals.

• Clients are responsible for their own belongings. • We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

• We may capture behind-the-scenes content for promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing prior to your booking. • Client content will never be shared without consent.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Studio Name] is not liable for: • Personal injury • Loss or damage to personal property • Business losses or missed opportunities • All equipment and studio facilities are used at the client’s own risk.

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, flood, power failure, or government restrictions.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a booking without refund if: • These Terms or studio policies are breached • Behaviour is unsafe, abusive, or disruptive • The studio is used in a manner that risks damage or harm

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
